Media Mail
Please be aware that media mail sometimes can be slow. Media mail delivery should take two to nine days, and even longer for destinations such as Alaska and Hawaii.

For International Packages:
USPS First Class Mail International does not offer delivery confirmation, and isn’t required to arrive in a certain time frame by USPS. These packages are ineligible for claims to be filed by USPS. A 2 – 12 week delivery period is an average calculated in our experiences with First Class Mail.
We are not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered once they have been shipped. We can not replace, or issue a refund for packages lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered once the package has been shipped.
